Product Designer
Design product experiences from zero to one. You'll own end-to-end design for client products — from discovery and information architecture through to high-fidelity Figma delivery and developer handoff.
Compensation: ₹14L – ₹22L per year
About the role
We're looking for a Product Designer who thinks in systems and obsesses over the details. You'll work on a variety of client products — dashboards, consumer apps, marketing sites — and be the design voice in the room from kickoff through launch.
You'll collaborate closely with engineers and clients, translating business goals into elegant, usable interfaces. Remote-first with occasional team meetups in Lucknow.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in an agency or product company
- Expert-level Figma skills, including component libraries and auto-layout
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual craft
- Experience running user research sessions and synthesising findings
- Comfortable producing design specs and working directly with developers
- Good written English for async client communication
Responsibilities
- Own design from discovery through delivery for 1–2 client products at a time
- Run stakeholder workshops, user interviews, and usability sessions
- Build and maintain Figma component libraries and design systems
- Produce detailed specs and participate in developer handoff sessions
- Iterate rapidly based on client and user feedback
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design across all projects
