We run WhatsApp, Meta ads, and social channels on behalf of our clients.

Webtechgen is a Lucknow-based agency, freelancer, and consultancy that operates as a Meta Tech Provider for businesses. With written client authorization, we are added to their Meta Business Manager with the specific permissions needed to deliver a service — WhatsApp Business API, ad campaigns, Facebook Page management, Instagram business accounts, or Lead Ads — and we run those services as an extension of their team.

How clients authorize us

The client stays in control. Always.

We never operate from anonymous or shadow accounts. Every business we work with follows the same authorization flow.

    Signed agreement

    We sign a services agreement and DPA that names the Meta permissions we will request, the data we will process, and how it will be deleted.

  2. 02

    Tech Provider added

    The client adds Webtechgen as a Tech Provider in their Meta Business Manager and grants the minimum permissions required for the service.

  3. 03

    Service delivery

    We deliver the service — WhatsApp setup, ad campaigns, page management, lead routing — under the client's account and brand, with weekly reporting.

    Revocable & auditable

    The client can revoke our access in one click. We provide audit logs, runbooks, and a clean handover at the end of any engagement.

Data handling principles

How we handle client and Platform Data.

Our handling of Platform Data follows Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Advertising Policies, plus our own internal controls described below. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Client owns everything

Every Meta Business Manager, ad account, Page, Instagram account, and WhatsApp Business Account stays in the client's name. We are added as a Tech Provider with the minimum permissions required, and access can be revoked in one click at any time.

Written authorization & DPA

No engagement starts without a signed services agreement and a data processing addendum that names the specific Meta permissions, the data we will handle, retention timelines, and the deletion process.

Purpose-bound data use

Platform Data is used solely to deliver the services the client has asked for. It is never combined with other clients' data, never sold or shared with third parties, and never used to build independent products. Deletion requests are honoured within Meta's required timelines.
